Sunny Onekpe

Sunny is a business manager, consultant, and trainer with over two decades work experience. His working experience cuts across professional accountancy practice, banking, development finance, project management and business development.

He has been responsible for the planning, coordinating, and reporting on several capacity building, assets valuation and property advisory, project management, research, and business process outsourcing assignments in the public and private sectors of Nigeria, United Kingdom, and United States of America. In addition, he has been involved in the conceptualization, initiation, and implementation of several projects in the oil and gas, electricity supply, and information technology industries among others.

Sunny is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, and The Institute of Chartered Project Managers of Nigeria. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, a Master of Science in Project Management, and a Master of Business Administration. He is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Reatyme Insurance Brokers Limited.

Hannah Onekpe

Hannah holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Masters in Financial Economics from the University of Port Harcourt and University of Abuja respectively.  She is also a member of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria (CPIN).

Hannah has over 23 years professional working experience cutting across accounting, audit and consultancy. Some of the major assignments she participated in include forensic and process review of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), product importation and subsidy claim cost build-up data from various marketers for Petroleum Product Pricing Regulatory Agency (PPPRA), Reconciliation of bank statement with affiliate monthly report and Petroleum Equalization Fund (Management) Board. She brings her vast experience to the management of Reatyme Brokers Insurance Limited.

Uche Chidi

Uche has hands on experience of over nineteen years in the insurance industry. Specifically, he has extensive experience in life and general insurance business. Between 2004 and 2016 he worked with Royal Exchange Assurance (Nig.) Plc, Royal Prudential Life Plc and Capital Express Assurance Limited where he had responsibilities for underwriting and claims managements including bookkeeping and marketing.

By the middle of 2016 he ventured into insurance brokering practice when he joined the services of Transglobal Insurance Brokers Limited as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer. He held this position until September 2020 when he moved to Catrisk Insurance Brokers Ltd as a Director. He spent a very brief period with the company and moved to Midland Resources Insurance Brokers Limited in October 2020 as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer.

He voluntarily resigned from the services of the company in May 2023 and joined Reatyme Insurance Brokers Limited in the same month as the Chief Operating Officer. Uche is an Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Insurance from the Institute of Management and Technology Enugu. He brings his several years of technical and management expertise in insurance business into our insurance brokerage advisory services.

Franca Uka

Franca is an associate member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria. She holds a Masters in Business Administration with specialisation in Marketing from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu, and a Bachelors’ degree in Marketing from the University of Nigeria Nsukka.

Franca has over twelve years practical experience in marketing of financial services. She has also been involved in the planning, implementation, reporting and presentation of several consulting assignment in various sectors of the Nigeria economy including agriculture, oil and gas, power, international development. She brings her financial services marketing experience to Reatyme Insurance Brokers Limited.

Moshood Momoh

Moshood holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting with a post-graduation experience of over two decades. He has post-graduation work experience of over two decades in the public and private sectors cutting across bookkeeping, financial reporting, and investment analysis including auditing and investigation. He voluntarily retired from the services of Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board after rising to the position of Deputy Director. While in the services of jamb he received various training, which has helped him in carrying out different assignments. Moshood brings his over two-decade experience to Reatyme Insurance Brokers limited as the person in charge of special duties.

Uche Alozie

Uche is a Chartered Accountant with over twenty-two years working career cutting across professional accountancy practice, insurance, and banking. While in the insurance and banking industries, he led teams to carry out several audit and investigation assignments for over nine years.

His recent consulting experience includes leading teams for the reconciliation and resolution of debt owed by taxpayers to Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), audit of withholding tax credit notes as well as banks receipts and remittances of FIRS tax collections. He was also responsible for the identification of possible ways of growing taxes in selected sectors (informal sectors) of the Nigerian economy.  He was also the engagement manager for the review of capital contribution by the three tiers of Government from the excess crude account and determination of equity structure for Niger Delta Power Holding Company.

He is a Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Taxation of Nigeria. As regards academic qualifications, he holds Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy and Master of Business Administration. He has over 15 years of experience in Auditing and Investigation. Uche is in charge of Controls and Compliance of Reatyme Insurance Brokers Limited.

Bassey Okon

Bassey is a graduate of accounting from the Cross-River University of Technology (now University of Cross River). He is also an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) with over 8 years hands-on experience in professional accountancy practice. 

Over the last couple of years, he has been actively involved in several audit and consultancy assignments both in the public and private sector. He was a key member of the team that set-up and operationalised the Nigeria Incentive-based Risk Sharing System for Agricultural Lending (NIRSAL) Plc. a subsidiary of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). He was particularly responsible for driving the finance, accounting and regulatory compliance system in the company.

In addition, Bassey was a key member of the team that carried out the 2014, 2015, 2017 and 2020 solid minerals industry audit as well as the 2017 to 2019 Fiscal Allocation and Statutory Disbursement (FASD) Audit conducted by the Nigeria Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (NEITI).

Bassey is also an experienced ICAN tutor with Pointon Academy. Specifically, he lectures ICAN Case Study, Strategic Financial Management, Performance Management and Management Information. He is the Chief Internal Auditor of Reatyme Insurance Brokers Limited.

Vivian Collins

Vivian is a Chartered Accountant with practical experience spanning over 10 years. Her core areas of expertise include financial reporting and analysis, auditing and investigation. Others include budgeting and strategic financial management. She is also vast in tax planning and management among others.

Vivian is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki. As the manager in-charge of Finance and Administration, she is responsible for the overall financial planning and management of the Company.

Ese Usigbe

Ese is an Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from the university of Jos with over Fifteen (15) years of corporate work experience.  Her work experience transverses diverse professional plains, ranging from Journalism, public relations, banking, real estate, and consulting.

She has worked in both public and private sectors which includes the Nigerian Television Authority as a reporter under the National Assembly, Mathan Nigeria Limited where she worked as a Public Relations Officer, the International Human and Community Rescue Assurance Project (INTERCRAP) an international non-governmental organisation as Project Development Officer, among others.

Ese is a strong team player who believes in great success because of teamwork. Her drive for excellence combined with her strong verbal, analytical and communication skills have made her relevant on several projects. She participated in several projects which include the audit of Solid mineral sector and the Fiscal and Statutory Disbursement Audit for Nigeria Extractive Industries Transparency Initiatives (NEITI) audit report, Agricultural Value Chain Upgrade for NIRSAL among others. She is in charge of Corporate Affairs of Reatyme Insurance Brokers Limited.

Nko Edu

Nko is a finance and tax consultant with over 9 years of experience. Prior to joining the company, she worked as a Tax Consultant with YBSM Partners in the United Kingdom until her return to Nigeria where she worked as an audit senior with JPC where she participated in several audit and consulting assignments both in the public and private sector. Her other work experience includes audit of insurance companies and insurance brokerage firms.

Nko is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and an associate of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA). She holds an MBA in Financial Management from the University of Wales and bachelor’s in science in Accounting from Benson Idahosa University. Nko is the Manager in charge of Planning and Strategy of Reatyme Insurance Brokers Limited.

Benjamin Onekpe

Ben was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004 as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. His over eighteen years post call experience cuts across litigations, legal drafting and interpretation, debt recovery, commercial disputes resolution, policy interpretations, corporate secretarial services, pension management, legal due diligence and regulatory governance. Benjamin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State and Bachelor of Law (BL) from the Nigerian Law School.
